The Vistas Village of Summerlin was originally built and developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation in 2000 with new homes being built all the way through 2010.  The Vistas Village sits high off the Las Vegas Valley floor at an elevation of approximately 3000 feet in what is considered West Summerlin.
